By accessing and using Euterpe Studio, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Euterpe Studio for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display; attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Euterpe Studio; or remove any copyright or other proprietary notations.

Euterpe Studio uses artificial intelligence to assist in music creation. You retain rights to your original compositions; AI-generated suggestions and enhancements are provided as-is. You are responsible for ensuring your final compositions do not infringe on existing copyrights.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Certain features of Euterpe Studio require a paid subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial periods.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hawkseye Inc. and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You retain full ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, store, and share it as necessary to provide our services.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

You may not use our service to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use our service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason — including breach of the Terms.

In no event shall Hawkseye Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
